Terms & Policies
All orders are shipped Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Unfortunately, we cannot process orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship out the Monday that follows. Orders placed by 11AM EST will ship within 48 hours.
We currently offer one shipping method to all U.S. states. All shipments are sent through USPS. Shipments can take up to 7 business days for delivery. Shipping Fee is a flat rate of 99 cents per order for up to 12 items. Sorry, we can only ship to one address per order. We DO NOT offer shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands or international at this time.
Please make sure to provide accurate city, state and zip code information. Abbreviations, misspellings and other typos will result in error, thus having to automatically cancel your order and refund your purchase price.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.

Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on the following holidays:

Missing Packages/Lost, Damaged or Stolen Items
In order to prevent fraudulent claims, we cannot be responsible for packages once in the possession of the USPS service.
If your package is stolen/lost or damaged by USPS we cannot replace the items.
All lost packages are the responsibility of USPS. Please contact the nearest USPS to work out any shipment problems. We only have the capacity to track a package.
We currently accept the following forms of payment:

We do not accept cash or personal checks. Our pricing is based on the SRP (suggested retail price) of the Manufacturer. We do not sell items at wholesale price level.
When your credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed. When the order is shipped, the payment is processed.
Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement.
Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.
Please note: you will only be charged when your order has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax fees.
- Pending: Prior to sending the order to the warehouse for processing, your order needs to be authorized for payment.
- Shipped: Once your order has left our warehouse in NY, the order status will appear as ‘Shipped’.
Immediately after you have successfully placed your order with us, you will receive an e-mail that contains information regarding the details of your order. The order confirmation e-mail is your receipt and can be printed for your records. The order confirmation e-mail includes your order number (the same number that appeared on our website after successful submission of an order), the details of the products and corresponding prices, any promotional coupons, your ship-to and bill-to information, and the ship method.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.
Changes & Cancellations
To cancel your order, please email email@example.com before 11am EST. Once the order is shipped, we will not be able to cancel. We do not accept changes to orders therefore, please email to cancel and/or reorder your item(s).
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the ship date. Please note returns for refund are permitted only if item(s) received are damaged, defective, or incorrect; item(s) MUST be unused and unaltered with packaging intact. Fraud Prevention does not allow refunds to be issued until damaged, defective, or incorrect items have been received at Bejour.com warehouse.
If you are not completely satisfied with a Bejour.com purchase for any reason, please return it to us in its original condition through USPS service. Once the item is received at Bejour.com warehouse in its original condition, your refund will be issued. Return shipping and handling fees are customer responsibility. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping fee unless the return is the result of defective product.

- When you return your purchase to us by mail within 30 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s) once we received your return.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase will not be accepted.
- Any opened or used product cannot be exchanged or refunded
- We are unable to offer exchanges by mail.
Here's how to easily return your item(s):
- Securely pack your merchandise and invoice in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
- Mail your return via USPS using the pre-addressed printed return label.
- You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your return is processed at which time your refund will also be issued.

Damaged / Defective/ Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item in your Bejour.com order please contact customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will help you replace the item.
Once damaged or defective item has been checked in at our warehouse, we will quickly send out your replacement item.
* We will replace the wrong items once we've receive approve.
Please allow 2-3 weeks from receipt of return to our warehouse for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Bejour Beauty Points
Members earn one (1) point for every one dollar ($1) spent when they purchase. Points are rounded up. (For example, if you spend $19.99, you will receive 20 points. Calculation is as follows: $19.99 x 1 point per dollar = 19.99 points, which is rounded up to 20 points.)
1 point is equal to $0.02 and the points are only redeemable in 50-point increments starting with 50 points. Here is an example of how they work:
- If you redeem 50 points, you get $1.00 off
- If you redeem 100 points, you get $2.00 off
- If you redeem 150 points, you get $3.00 off
Membership is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. You must be 13 years of age or older and a resident of the United States to be eligible for membership. Persons under the age of 18 ("Minors") must obtain their parents' or legal guardians' consent prior to participation. To enroll in the Program, you must provide your first name, last name, e-mail and mailing address, and phone number.We reserve the right to refuse or cancel membership from customers suspected of fraud or other misuse of our website.
