Returns are accepted within 30 days from the ship date. Please note returns for refund are permitted only if item(s) received are damaged, defective, or incorrect; item(s) MUST be unused and unaltered with packaging intact. Fraud Prevention does not allow refunds to be issued until damaged, defective, or incorrect items have been received at warehouse.

If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase for any reason, please return it to us in its original condition through USPS service. Once the item is received at warehouse in its original condition, your refund will be issued. Return shipping and handling fees are customer responsibility. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping fee unless the return is the result of defective product.

  • When you return your purchase to us by mail within 30 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s) once we received your return.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase will not be accepted.
  • Any opened or used product cannot be exchanged or refunded
  • We are unable to offer exchanges by mail.

Here's how to easily return your item(s):
Securely pack your merchandise and invoice in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit. Mail your return via USPS using the pre-addressed printed return label. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your return is processed at which time your refund will also be issued.

Damaged / Defective/ Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item in your order please contact customer service ( and we will help you replace the item. Once damaged or defective item has been checked in at our warehouse, we will quickly send out your replacement item. * We will replace the wrong items once we've receive approve.

Please allow 2-3 weeks from receipt of return to our warehouse for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
