We do not accept cash or personal checks. Our pricing is based on the SRP (suggested retail price) of the Manufacturer. When your credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed. When the order is shipped, the payment is processed. Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement. Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.
Please note: you will only be charged when your order has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax fees.
Immediately after you have successfully placed your order with us, you will receive an e-mail that contains information regarding the details of your order. The order confirmation e-mail is your receipt and should be printed for your records. The order confirmation e-mail includes your order number (the same number that appeared on our website after successful submission of an order), the details of the products and corresponding prices, any promotional coupons, your ship-to and bill-to information, and the ship method.
Please note our website will assign the below status(s) during the processing of your order. in order to help you interpret what is happening with your order at any given period of time we have listed the below explanations for each of the possible order statuses. if you have any questions about your order you may contact our Customer Service Department
- Pending : Prior to sending the order to the warehouse for processing, your order needs to be authorized for payment.
- Suspected Fraud : Your order was flagged for manual review. This could be because of a bank or credit card issue or could be something else about your order that has triggered our system to manually review your order.
- Processing : Order has been sent to warehouse to pick and pack your order.
- Shipped : Once your order has left our warehouse, the order status will appear as ‘Shipped’.
- Complete/Closed : Your order has left our warehouse and given to the shopping provider (usps,fedex, ups,etc).
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail. You can also track your via our website by clicking on the "Order tracking" link located on the bottom of our website.
Changes & Cancellations
To cancel your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1 (844) 864-5262 before 11am EST. Once the order is shipped, we will not be able to cancel. We do not accept changes to orders therefore, please email or call to cancel your item(s).
